Why: to administer your booking, keep you safe during the event, meet legal and accounting obligations and contact you about your booking.

Who may receive it: the resort, transport and tour partners (only what they need to deliver the service), our payment provider, and authorities where legally required.

Protection: data is stored in access-controlled systems; only authorised staff with a role-based need can view participant records; access is logged.

Retention: booking and consent records are retained for as long as required for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes and are then deleted or anonymised.
