Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received before the cancellation deadline shown on the event page receive the published refund percentage of the amount paid, less any processing fee. Cancellations after the deadline are non-refundable except where required by law. You may transfer your booking to another eligible adult before the deadline where transfers are enabled. If Deep Mind Club cancels the event, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us or the option to move to a future date. Where an event is disrupted by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a refund of recoverable costs, subject to applicable law. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
