Participant Terms & Conditions

1. Voluntary participation You confirm that your participation in the retreat, workshops, guided exercises, group activities, sightseeing and any other activities is voluntary.

2. Personal responsibility You agree to act responsibly, follow reasonable instructions from organisers, comply with resort rules, tour and transport operator instructions and applicable laws, and take reasonable care of your own safety and belongings.

3. Activity risks Some activities involve ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with travel, road transport, walking, outdoor activities, group activities, weather and resort facilities. You acknowledge these ordinary risks and choose to participate voluntarily.

4. Health and fitness You are responsible for assessing whether you are fit to participate and for informing us of any condition, allergy, dietary requirement, mobility limitation or other circumstance that may reasonably affect safe participation. Deep Mind Club does not diagnose or treat medical conditions through this event.

5. Emergency assistance In an emergency we may contact your emergency contact and/or seek appropriate emergency assistance. This does not create an obligation to provide medical treatment beyond what we are legally required or reasonably able to provide.

6. Third-party services Accommodation, transport, meals, tours and certain activities may be provided by independent third parties whose own terms apply. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Personal belongings You remain responsible for your personal belongings except where applicable law or a service provider's obligations provide otherwise.

8. Behaviour Violence, harassment, threatening behaviour, illegal activity, intoxication that creates a safety issue, damage to property or behaviour that endangers others is not permitted. We may take reasonable action, including removing a participant from an activity or the event where permitted by law; refunds in such cases follow the published Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Changes and force majeure Itinerary, resort, activities or timings may need to change for reasons beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the organiser's registered location have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights.
