Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing month.
• We offer a 3-day free trial on the monthly plan so you can try premium before paying.
• If you were charged unexpectedly or experienced a billing error, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right — typically a full refund.

1:1 support sessions

• Reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your session.
• Cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we'll credit a future session in case of genuine emergencies.

Webinars

Paid webinar tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the event. After the event starts, tickets are non-refundable; a recording will be provided where available.

How to request a refund

Email deepmindclub.ventures@gmail.com with your registered email and order details. We typically reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
