By creating an account or using Deep Mind Club, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Deep Mind Club provides focus tools, community rooms, webinars, and 1:1 support sessions. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use the service.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping your credentials safe.
• One person per account. Don't share logins.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform: no harassment, illegal content, attempts to break or scrape the service, or interference with other members. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

1:1 support sessions

1:1 sessions are coaching and peer-support conversations. They are not medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Content ownership

You own the content you create (tasks, notes, reflections). You grant us a limited license to host and display it so we can run the service for you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app before they take effect.
